The
Rubicon seat from MasterCraft is made specifically
for the Jeep CJ's, YJ's, and TJ's. The
Rubicon seats are made to your color
specifications.
The construction of the seat starts
with a 3/4" mild steel tube frame
that is mandrel bent and mig-welded.
A nylon coated textiline mesh
suspension is used. The mesh is strong
and durable. The porous material has
the ability to breathe and allow
moisture to pass through.
Polyurethane foam of different thicknesses
and densities is glued together to get
the line and build up to the achieve
the desired shape.
The sides of the seats are upholstered
with a high quality rouge naugahyde
and the face of the seat of a close
weave nylon fabric. |
